Have been taking our car to Eccles for decades! Service has always been first rate. The post service reporting - what has been done and what needs attention in the future - is user friendly and an excellent planning / budgeting tool. When the cost of a new vehicle keeps going up and up keeping our existing vehicle on the road and running well is a priority. (And the fact that the folks at Eccles are actively involved in the Dundas community is a bonus I appreciate).

My experience with Eccles was great. I first started with an immediate issue and they were able to fit me in the same day, and have it fixed by close. The price was reasonable. They provided me with a quote for another issue they across during the full service inspection (I was aware of it previously and haven’t got it looked at yet due to time constraints). I called them the next available day I had and they got me scheduled in instantly to fix the secondary issue they provided me a quote for. They were efficient and reasonably priced. They also didn’t try to haggle me with unnecessary services and issues that could be “wrong” with my car and that was enough to show they are genuinely doing their best to provide the best genuine and honest service. Another bonus was the communication through text was great for the times I couldn’t take a call.

I visited this location for my first time. I had nitrogen put into my tires. A great job... The shop is extremely clean not only by the waiting area but also where the mechanics work.. this is very rare... Highly recommend this place.

Brought vehicle to Eccles after reading a post in a community group about how great they are and how they give back to the community. For our needs they were able to service our Volvo for less than half of the dealership cost yet what they offered felt so much more. From the pleasant service to the follow up digital report and further follow up call I felt like all my needs were met and then some and they have earned my trust that our vehicle will be well taken care of. They have a new customer for years to come!

Eccles Auto Service is an excellent choice for me and my aging machine. It provides first class diagnosis, maintenance and repair, and they try hard to keep you in the loop about what is going on, which is much appreciated. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

There is no where else I would take my car for service. I trust this team and have used them for years. They always take the time to explain what needs servicing and why. I love that they send photos of the parts that need replacing with notes/observations. They are reasonably priced for the outstanding service and quality.
